My spiritual path started in January 2014 after I was made redundant from my place of work. I had worked in administration for over 30 years and felt now was the perfect time to pursue my dream. I am a firm believer in fate and believe that everything happens for a reason and at the right time.

I studied and gained a diploma in Reflexology and continued on to Advanced Level. I have diplomas in Anatomy and Physiology, Stress Management, Iridology, Colour Therapy and Indian Head Massage and I am currently studying Crystal Healing and Aromatherapy.

​

In 2014 I was attuned to Reiki First Degree, progressing to Second Degree and advancing on to Master Level. I cannot stress how wonderful this healing energy is and the transformation it has brought into my life. In late 2015 I was attuned to Master Teacher Level and I decided I wanted to teach others about this beautiful healing energy, and now have the privilege of introducing Reiki teachings to my own students, guiding and mentoring them along their own spiritual journey.

Reiki works by clearing any blockages or disturbances in one's energy field, bringing the flow of energy back into its natural balance. From my own personal experience, I see the positive effects it has upon my own clients, bringing deep peace and relaxation and bringing a sense of renewed energy and wellbeing.

In March 2015 I decided I wanted to start my own private business and run it from my home, so as to add the personal touch, so that my clients feel more relaxed away from a clinical environment. I have met such beautiful people since starting my business, people from all walks of life and with different life experiences. I have seen the positive effects these holistic therapies have brought to my clients and seeing the change in their health, happiness and wellbeing is overwhelming.

Holistic therapies work by bringing one's energies back into their natural balance, whereby experiencing deep relaxation and peace assists the body to innately heal itself.

I am so passionate about the work I do and would love people to try these therapies for themselves and experience the positive effects they can have on your life.
